New PBK family
Leaving my friends at PBK at the Arbor Lakes store was so hard. Any chance I get to call them there I do! But, the transfer to Flat Irons has been great. The team here has been very welcoming and I've enjoyed not having the responsibility or stress of managing. Carrie, the GM, and I met two summers ago at conference in AZ. She might also have a house for me to rent close to downtown that would make my commute to work that much shorter!
Rachel is the assistant at the store and she's worked for the store since it opened, but has been with the company for 10 years! She is so much fun and upbeat! Here we are working on floorset in the morning!
And then there is Stephanie... She just started about the time I transfered and she I really hit it off. Just working together and talking about life. She cracks me up all day long! I love being able to work with her. Here's a picture of us on our Starbucks break. (It's located just right up the stairs!)
